Hamptons Modern

Contemporary Bayfront Masterpiece | Shelter Island

A striking contemporary glass-and-steel residence set on six acres overlooking the Peconic Bay, this architectural haven offers a sophisticated backdrop for film and photo shoots, brand activations, and private events. An exceptional interplay of glass, rare woods, travertine, and marble creates a refined modernist aesthetic, while expansive glazing and fully retractable side windows blur the boundaries between interior and landscape, inviting the surrounding natural beauty in.

With a distinctly indoor-outdoor sensibility and sweeping bay views, the property offers a compelling canvas for elevated lifestyle, fashion, design, and luxury brand productions.

The property is film- and photo-friendly, subject to restrictions. Shelter Island requires permits for filming on private property, and production teams should confirm applicable requirements in advance. Interior scouting may require a small fee to arrange access when the owner is not present. Furnishings, both indoors and out, may change periodically, so please confirm the availability of any specific pieces requested for a shoot. Property rules must be distributed with the call sheet and shared with all crew and vendors. Motorhome and production vehicle operators should take particular care around the bluestone pavers lining the driveway and cannot make it all the way to the house would need to base at lower driveway area.

Current Interior Note as of 2026: Sculptural floor lighting in living room against the wood are no longer there.
